Problem with the app

Good evening Inset support.
My name is Rene, and just have a problem with the app.
In the company we have 4 kiosk, which they were used 1 year ago then they move it to the storage.
Today they want to use them again, but when i try to use the APP secure lockdown it ask for a product key.
When i introduce it, a message pops saying:

Error processing the  product key:
The product activation key you entered has reached its installation limit.

We bough the standard edition with a max of 4 computers.

I will glad if you help you, and sorry for my broken english.
