We'll look into this. Thanks for the investigation and feedback.

I can confirm that 2.00.159 did NOT have this issue.

We will downgrade to this version as workaround.

A new feature has been added to support the AltGr keyboard key on international keyboards. Use the following Windows Registry entry:

KEY: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Inteset\SecureLockdown_v2
NAME: InternationalKB
VALUE: 1

This feature requires Secure Lockdown build 2.00.203. Refer to the "Hidden Secure Lockdown Features" section of the Secure Lockdown Administrators Guide to learn more.

I can confirm that this fix does NOT work on MA edition, 2.0.204.  :-(

In your case, you would need to create the following Key:

KEY: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Inteset\SecureLockdown_v2_MA

And this is what has already been done.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Inteset\SecureLockdown_v2_MA was already present on this installation.

Since this is quite important for us, is there any way that we could assist in this troubleshooting if you i.e had teamviewer access to one of these, to look around?

The entry needs to be defined under the HKCU area, not HKLM (KEY: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Inteset\SecureLockdown_v2_MA)

Thanks again.
Can confirm that the AltGr works as expected on 2.00.204, after this registry edit.
