We setup about 14 laptops with securelockdown enabled the way we wanted it. They are out of our hands but now, the clinic is saying the computers are opening up with a black screen (doesn't do that when disabled) and cannot access the dock. They also "claim" autofill, even though disabled, is allowing for autofill.
I am going to assist since I setup the initial laptops but wanted to see if this was common, or if you have seen/heard this before? What was the resolution. Also, is it possible to have the dock always be there and not appear when moving the mouse? I hope it isn't them just not touching the mouse and assuming it is a black screen for no reason.
