Multi User on second machine does not work and does not looks the same machine 1

I have Multi user working on machine 1.  So I installed on machine 2 (with new license) but the dialog looks like this (image2) and is not working (image1) works:

Identical PC:

Not even the same tabs.

Please advise I have 5 more machines to go!  (tried to contact support via email but NO ONE replies, not good!)

It is very odd that no information is appearing on the Deactivate tab. We have not had reports of that. However, that feature is only important if you plan to deactivate a license. DO your other 4 machines show the same issue?
