Secure Lockdown screen saver

I assume this is related to registry locks used with the software.
Is there a workaround that I can use screen saver to show photos when the launched application is no in use ?

It shows this error when the screen saver launches

there are no pictures in pictures.library-ms

What Screen Saver setting are you using (ie: "Photos", "Windows Live Photo Gallery", etc)? Try specifying the exact path where your photos exist in the screen saver settings.

The location of the files are
Libraries>pictures> Sample Pictures

What Screen Saver are you using? Also, try pointing to an actual path "Libraries" are an accumulation of paths.
