Application does not run fully

I am trying to run a application HMI.exe from Exor.  It runs fine when I hit test - but when running under lockdown software it opens a white screen but that is it.  I have no idea what would be holding it up.  

Check to see if the System Lockdown > Local Level > No Desktop option is enabled. If so, try disabling it.

Everything is unchecked in options - still does not run - forgot to mention it is on Windows 10 IOT - could that be an issue?  I have used your software before with the same app years ago and worked fine.  The only difference is the windows version and newer software on your side and newer version of the app  of course

Also this app uses a bunch of ports like 22, 443 and some others - could that be a issue does your software hold up Ethernet ports?

We have not tested Secure Lockdown on Win 10 IoT. Secure Lockdown does not block any ports.
