White-listing ADP Payroll services not allowing user to login

Our users need to log into https://portal.ADP.com.  We have created a whitelist for:
http://*.adp.com
https://*.adp.com

The system seems to be "timing out" our user immediately.  Basically the behavior is the same as if our user logged into the website, walked away without logging out and the website logged the user out.  It happens immediately.  We get no warnings that any part of the website has been blocked, so the access and authentication appears to be working properly.

If there are any other calls to none "*.adp.com" urls in the webpage, those urls will need to be added to the whitelist. Check the source code of the webpage.

If we can get access to this site, we will test it from our location.

Issue is the UID /PW authentication.  And we have no way of providing a dummy user account. I'm happy to schedule a remote access to the machine and I use my live login.

I was advised that there was no need to put the final asterisk.

So ours are http://*.adp.com/ not http://*.adp.com/*
And yes we have an https as well.
