I just purchased and set up the secure lockdown and am running in Kiosk mode (on Windows7 Pro 32bit). I added the only site that the browser should go to to the allowed sites list, and checked enable. When the system starts up and the user logs in, IE starts but it won't go to the web page... Content Filter says "This page does not have a rating".
