Running lockdown for IE on a Windows 10 touch screen.  If I touch and hold on the screen (a right click in windows 10 touch screen world), a context menu pops up and probably shouldn't.  The menu has properties, where you can get into certificates, printing, and others

What build of Secure Lockdown are you using (shown in Help tab)? Also, are you running Secure Lockdown under an admin account (required).

Please update to the latest release of Secure Lockdown (2.00.144) which can be downloaded from our website. Also, be sure you're running Secure Lockdown under an Administrator account.

I have upgraded to version 2.00.145 and it is still popping up a context menu.  I am running this under local administrator credentials.

Are you referring to the IE right-click context menu or the Windows 10 Desktop right-click context menu?

It was an IE/Edge context menu.
