Cannot reactivate Secure Lockdown after Windows 10 upgrade

I followed the recommended process to deactivate Secure Lockdown V2 on Win 8.1, and had message saying successful and could re-install on another machine. After update of machine to Win10, I downloaded the latest version and installed, but when I entered the product key it was rejected. Product has been working for 3 years on this machine before upgrade.

Thanks for your help, I had misread the last char of the product key, it is now working fine with Win10.
This is a great product for securing a PC in a public place where you only want a specific program to run.
