Program is using ton of CPU when enabled.

Using this with windows 8.1 on a surface pro 3,  When enabling this with a kiosk application it uses 100% cpu. If I just use the test button, it works fine. I don't see anything crazy in the event logs.

Try disabling the System Lockdown > Local Level > No Desktop option and see if that helps.

OK I turned that off and it's still using 20-50%.   Wouldn't be that big of a deal but these are mobile devices so battery life matters.
