Alt-Shift-S Not working

I was installing your "Trial" versions on one of my machines and right after I install it I press Alt-Shift-S to enter configuration, nothing happens at all.

I am using an Admin account.

I have created an exception in my Virus software.

I have tried multiple admin accounts.

I have installed and uninstalled multiple times.

I have re seated all cables and cords and also tried a known good keyboard in hopes something would work.

Is there anything else that can be tried? I am currently at a loss and will probably begin looking for other Kiosk software if I can not get this resolved quickly.

What Edition of Secure Lockdown are you using?

Try disabling the anti virus software. It seems as though the Secure Lockdown utility never loads on login. This would cause the issue.
