I created a Windows Gadget that opens a new webpage to get around running IE full screen with no tabs. The gadget itself works fine, but for some reason when in locked down mode the 1st time you use the gadget produces an error about restrictions being in placed and that my action was cancelled.
The thing is A)I've unchecked open NewWindow and B)the page still loads though not in full screen. Any other attempts of the gadgets launches the page full screen.
What I'm trying to figure out is what restriction is it referring to?
