This is the second time this has happened on one of my kiosks now, and makes me afraid to use the Manage Devices capability at all. I tried performing a client update and now the kiosk is stuck in a reboot loop. It's been rebooting since yesterday afternoon.
Last time this happened, tech support was supposed to resolve it and notify us as to how it was resolved, but not only was this not communicated but the issue persists. This is a show stopping issue.
