Which lockdown edition to purchase & how to set it up?

I am considering buying a lock down application from Inteset and was wondering if anyone can guide me on what particular edition of lock down application to go for considering my needs as well as help me set it up

My needs are as under:

1. Need to run a cloud based erp system on Internet Explorer (Cannot use any other browser for this software)
2. Need to run another two different cloud based POS softwares (Using any browser)
3. Need to run another desktop based software
4. Need to use gmail

All these jobs have to be done simultaneously by a salesperson/cashier on a retail setup on a single desktop computer and i don't want my cashier/salesperson to be using any other tab of the browser or use any other application in the desktop computer when he is on-job
