Secure Lockdown MAE 2.0.160 Task bar can be moved

Under windows 7 x64 current patches, MAE 2.0.160, with the task bar LOCKED, the task bar can be dragged from the bottom of the screen to the top, but can not be dragged from the top to the bottom.  So we find the LOCKED DOWN machine with the Task bar at the top of the screen instead of the bottom.  The only way to fix the issue is to ALT SHFT S then enter the password and uncheck ENABLE, logout, log back in, unlock the task bar, move it to the bottom, lock the task bar again, Start MAE, enter the password, Check enable, Apply, Logout, log back in.  I added a program that reports the lock state of the task bar and the task bar shows as being locked even though it can be moved once.

Would you please fix this bug?

In Windows 10, while Secure Lockdown is disabled, you can right-click on the Taskbar and choose the "Lock the taskbar" option. This will keep it fixed while Secure Lockdown is enabled. If you want to lock the Windows 7 taskbar, you can incorporate the following Windows Registry setting:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]
"TaskbarNoRedock"=dword:00000001
