errors with secure lockdown in executing WPF application

Hi, i have a WPF application that i want to use secure lockdown for.  and it is failing to execute with the error:

Error loading unity config:
IoC: cant find Unity.config (is it set to copy to output directory?)

the app runs fine.  i can execute it from it's exe or shortcuts or the menus

i just tested with other wpf applications on the same box and they run perfectly with secure lockdown v2.  any ideas on what that error is and how i can overcome it?
