Disable IE min and close options

Hi

I would like to stop users being able to use the Close and Min options in IE. I know that Kiosk mode will do this however Kiosk mode also disables Favourites and I need this option to aid users with site navigation.

Under the System Options Tab, be sure to have "Keep Running" and "Keep Maximized" checked.
