Whitelisting a secure website

We have an internal secure site that I'm trying to limit access to 1 user on the PC. I have tried everything possible to get the page to show up but the secure lockdown somehow says it timed out before the page even shows up. For example I have a user access the site with his credential to get past the login page and then once that is done it goes to the next page and all the user gets is a blank white page that has all his information that is to be shown. I have tried using the wildcard for the site but it seems that is broken. Here is what I have used :

http:\\xxxx.esgw.org\xxxx\*
https:\\xxxx.esgw.org\xxx\scripts\*
https:\\xxxx.esgw.org\xxxx\*

I don't think I need to add every little html page that's coded into the whitelist if I use the wildcard?

We had to secure this site cause it has personal information on each user who logs in to the site.

White listing does not work under Windows 10 with IE. See the following forum post:

If you're not using Windows 10, you must include all URLs in the pages that call webpages (ie adds, FaceBook calls, etc), otherwise you'll receive a "Content Advisory" message and the page will not display.

I'm using Win7 and I don't get the Content Advisor pop up on the page it just shows blank but I have menu listing on the left side that will not do anything when selected then I get the page timed out from the Lockdown app. I have no issue with any of the other secure pages and I'm using wildcards on it. Am I missing something that this program doesn't do. I can send screenshots if you'd like.

Try disabling the IE Lockdown > General Options > No New Window option if it is enabled.

I tried what you suggested and that didn't work, Something on the secure page is being blocked by the program and I'm not able to find what it is. I've even gone to my App Developer and he said its something in your program that's keeping it from displaying the information. I'm not getting any Content Advisor screens so I know I have all the whitelisting correct. I do know that the page uses javascript. Any help would be great hear. All my other secure pages work fine except the one that is real important for our employees.

Try unchecking all of the browser lockdown options one-by-one until it works.
