"Error reading setup initialization file" when trying to install.

Hey all,
I'm getting a "Error reading setup initialization file" when trying to install the software for the first time.

I'm trying to install on Windows 7.  Error comes back after rebooting as well, and even occurs when trying to run setup from the admin profile.

Help!
