Installing Secure Lockdown Multi breaks dll for another application

Hi Support,

This our first go at using Inteset products.  Excited about how it can help us but running into an issue that I need help with.

We are running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit and the latest version of Secure Lockdown V2 - Multi Application Edition (SLMAE).  On that same PC is a custom in house collaboration app that is the entire focus of this PC (so keen to get this sorted).

After we install SLMAE, it partially breaks our Collaboration app.  When we then start our collaboration application we get two occurrences of the following error before the app starts up:

This program can't start because
api-ms-win-core-winrt-error-l1-1-1.dll is missing from your
computer.  Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

If we uninstall SLMAE, our collaboration app returns to normal startup without the errors.

I am hoping the SLMAE devs can shed some light on why the this application might be causing issues or conflicts with our collaboration application.   Our devs have not been able to resolve it yet, and I am a bit out of my depth when it comes to app development.

Thoughts, ideas, advice, workarounds appreciated!!

Thanks
Andrew McKenzie

Does this error happen when secure Lockdown is disabled?, Or just when it's enabled?

Sorry for the delay, did not get notification of reply!  Maybe overzealous spam filter.

It happens when the software is installed, but no other configuration has happened.  So definitely not active.

Cheers
Andrew
