Frozen : Can't access machine

Hi,

Currenlty using Version 12.0.0.53157 on Windows 7 with IE10.

I had been using an older version but that wouldn't work correctly with IE10, updated to this version and that resolved the problem, however when I turn the lockdown software off and select it to restart, the screen just displayed the background and nothing else, eventually forced it to shut down taking the power lead out.

When it starts up now, it logs in and I can't do anything other than hit Start, which is blank, can't run the software through the key combo, can't get to task manager, screen background is blank, the only option I have is Shutdown.

Please advise how I can get back into the software, I#d prefer not to have to rebuild and suggestions as to whyit has frozen in the first place.

Please update Secure Lockdown to the latest release (Build 2.00.173 - info found under Help tab). You can download it from our website.
