So you mean you only have remote access? If it's through Windows Remote Desktop, and you have admin rights, you should be able to log in as another admin user and perform the steps outlined previously. Also, you'd need to reinstall SL (you mentioned you removed it.)

I went ahead and created an account, it seems there are multiple "guest" accounts that have the same issue and the threads are getting mixed replies.

Current state: I disabled and uninstalled secure lockdown.  Now I only have desktop access to a machine with basically no access to any program files, system level files.  I can boot into safe mode and navigate the file system (via cmd) and the registry.

It appears that secure lockdown has been removed, as it does not appear in the program files directories.  I do not have any of the registry entries in any of the other tech support replies.

It appears that I am stuck and I will need to format the machine.

Please download the latest version from the shop.inteset.com site first. Try reinstalling Secure Locdown from the command line in Safe Mode. Then open Regedit and enter the path and exe of Secure Lockdown (ie: "C:\Program Files\Inteset\Secure Lockdown\IntesetSecureLockdown v2.exe") into the Windows Run Registry key value ("HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run"). Restat the computer. Press alt-shft-s to envoke the Secure Lockdown configuration screen, then choose Enable Secure Lockdown, then hit Apply. When you restart the system, press alt-shft-s to envoke the Secure Lockdown configuration screen again. This time uncheck the Enable option and restart the system. You should be able to have full access to the Windows Desktop after that point.

This issue has been resolved. The fixed version can be downloaded from the shop.inteset.com site. Thank you for reporting it and your patience while we fixed it.

I was able to us Alt-Shift-S to bring up the password login.  I evidently inadvertently locked it down.  I did not set a password. Is there a default pw?
