Whitelist Not Allowing Paypal Transactions

I'm hoping someone has seen this before, but when I whitelist Https://paypal.com/*, and Https://paypal.com/webapp/*, the sites are still being blocked, which has a huge impact on our business. Does anyone have any ideas on why this may be happening?

View the source of the page and note any URL calls that need to be white listed as well.
