Still No Secure Lockdown Version without kb 2515325

Hello,

We have approximately 20 Installations of the Secure Lockdown Software in Place,
However the Windows Systems using it are "updated" with Microsoft Updates every
14 days. Also the KB 2515325 is automatically loaded.

After that update is in place the Secure Lockdown won't work any more.
We know that the KB is an issue
But KB 2515325 ist quite agend and so we ask if there is a Secure Lockdown Version
which works the that microsoft kb in place. The deinstallation and Restart Loop is very
inconvenient !

Other than disabling Windows Updates, hiding a the update should prevent it from automatically installing the next time around. Just right click on the KB2515325 update in the Windows "Important" Update list (the list displayed during the update process), then select "Hide update"

Thanks for your reply,

however we have the problem that the updates are allied by an outsourcing partner.
that outsourcing partner uses 3rd party software to roll out patches. So that patch
is always applied :-(

can you give me details which files conflict with the inteset software ??

regards,
Ulrich

The update modifies the C:\Windows\explorer.exe file. You may be able to prevent the modification of this file using security/permission settings on the file.
