Using iPhone RDP keyboard

Just installed Lockdown Multi for a client on a computer dedicated for just two people to remote into and run this one program. Words great using regualr RDP on another computer but I found an issue when using RDP app on an iPhone. The keyboard the app uses is not registering through the Lockdown program it seems. I can open the one app I have programmed, but it requires a login and when I bring up the keyboard on the iPhone RDP app, nothing registers. I have done a workaround for now by adding the regular Windows on screen keyboard to also run through Lockdown, but it gets messy on a small phone screen. Do I need to let something else run for the iPhone RDP keyboard to function?

Does it work when Secure Lockdown is not enabled?

Yes, it works fine if Lockdown is off. But if on, mouse/pointer works fine, but keyboard does not register. And I am using the RDP app from Microsoft.

Are there any drivers or apps that need to be installed on the locked down system for the iPhone RDP functionality to work?

I do not know. I was hoping you would know that answer.
