Hi,

I have installed the lockdown utility and did not  set a password. I have restarted the machine and can not get access to the application by pressing  CTRL - ALT - S. How can i solve this?

It is likely you have virus protection software running that prevents Secure Lockdown from starting. Try going into Windows Safe Mode and stop the virus software from running on startup.

Hi,

I tried to run windows in safe mode but nothing is available like in the normal mode.

What can I do to prevent my AV software to run ?

Thank you for responding,

regards.

If you do not have another Admin account on the system, you'll need to re-install the OS to recover.
