Background Application - to open behind master window?

I am using the software to run a master application in Kiosk mode, but must be able to run other software 'behind the scenes'. Whenever I use Secure Lockdown and configure the background application, this always opens at the front of the master window. I can understand this would be useful in the case of an on-screen keyboard where the application needs to be open in front of the active window, however it doesn't seem possible to open an application in the background. Any suggestions?

You may want to try the Windows Task Scheduler instead which has more granular control of launching apps. You'll need to set up Scheduler to launch those apps as a system administrator.
