Autostart not working fully

I have successfully configured Secure Lockdown - Multi Application Edition to autostart, but it still requires a user to click the 'Play' button to enter into the desired application.

Is there a way to have it skip that and just go straight into the one app i want to lockdown.

I may be off target on this question. I think the app I am trying to launch is displaying the screen I am referring to, not Secure Lockdown.
