running from wrong user account

My system has 2 accounts with administrator status. For simplicity, I will refer to one as Admin and the other School. School is requiring that switch user must be available - because the software is "running under Admin" even though I executed it from School.

I tried uninstalling it while in Admin and reinstalled from in School.  This did not resolve the issue.  I do not want the ability to switch users without deactivating lockdown first.

How do I accomplish this?

Can you use Windows Auto Login to sign into the locked down School account? You can switch users if you like by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL and selecting the Switch User button.
