Wifi connections

We are currently using Secure Lockdown v2 - Multi Application Edition under windows 10
I need to have the capability to switch between wifi connections, currently, after activating the SLD we are no longer able to which manually, I have to disable SLD to be able to switch manually, is  is there a setting that allow the user to switch the connections manually?

What is the answer to this question? Is a user allowed to connect to wifi or select wifi if in the lockdown mode?
