No Virtual Keyboard - Windows 10 - Chrome - Tablet Mode

I can't get the Windows 10 virtual keyboard to appear when locked down using Inteset for Chrome. I have tried both Tablet mode and desktop mode. When in desktop mode I made sure to choose the option to show virtual keyboard when no physical keyboard is present.

I have tried some of the suggestions on this board. One of them said to make sure "No Desktop" is turned off, but this just made the computer load nothing. It just sat at the desktop and didn't load Chrome.

The System Lockdown > Local Level > No Desktop option must be unchecked. Tablet Mode must be enabled prior to enabling Secure Lockdown. The keyboard will only appear when you enter an input field.

Yes. As I have outlined in my post I have done these things.

When I do this I get a blank screen and chrome never launches.

Make sure you're running the latest release of Secure Lockdown - Chrome Edition (build: 2.00.181) which you can download from our website.

I am running the newest version of the software. Issue persists.

Does the Alt+Shift+S key sequence reveal the Secure Lockdown utility? If not, something such as virus protection software is blocking Secure Lockdown from running.

Yes I am able to alt+shift+s to bring up the lockdown window. I can turn it off and switch back to normal with no issues.

I have just ran a reset of the system and will try installing everything from scratch and let you know if that helps.

OK looks like that worked, however, I forgot to deactivate the license before resetting the computer. How do I now deactivate the license?
