trying to access bluetooth device asap

Hello, I am testing this program to use with our Vendor's software. Within the vendor's software I need to allow a bluetooth device to connect to the portable computer that I am running Lockdown on.  This is creating a problem if I run it as User vs Admin.  Why is this?  I am able to connect and function perfectly as Admin but not as User.  Will need this question answered before I buy the licenses I need.

Secure Lockdown runs under an administrator account only. When it is enabled, it locks down the system much deeper than a Standard User from the user's perspective. However, from your application's perspective it runs with administrative privilages.
