Automatic startup if no password on user?

One last question before I buy.  Right now, I have the admin account password protected.  Once I purchase the 11 licenses I will delete the password. Will the program then start automatically and run my application without requiring the user to select Admin and hit enter?  

My hope is that upon startup from being turned off, the Application I need will start automatically.
