Anyone use a USB multimedia controller (volume knob) with Secure Lockdown?

Hello,

We are using Dell all in one touch screen computers with Secure Lockdown v2 on Windows 10 pro.  The lockdown hides the desktop and autoruns a full screen kiosk application that is used to perform video calls.  Since there is no on screen interface for volume, we were thinking of purchasing something like the Griffin Technology NA16029 PowerMate USB Multimedia controller so that we can have a volume control for these video calls.

Has anyone used any type of USB volume control interface with Secure Lockdown, and can they recommend one?  We are just looking for a simple knob that is configured just to do volume.

To update this request:  We've since received the Griffin PowerMate volume controller and have installed the requisite software.  We added the executable file to the "Background Apps" tabs, and the program is set to launch upon startup.  However, the volume control is not working when Lockdown is enabled.  If we disable Lockdown, volume control (via the USB dial) works as intended.

Is there any reason that this device would show up as a "removable USB" or "new usb" device that would need to be allowed?
