Broken board?

I bought the CIR module/remote control combo and it does not seem to work on my Intel DH61AG motherboard.  I updated the BIOS to version 33 since it seems the newer versions are having problems.  Enabled the CIR port in the BIOS and installed the Windows 7 driver from Intel.  I can see the port in Device Manager and Device Manager reports that it is working, but when I try any of the buttons on the remote, it doesn't seem to work.  Nothing happens.

What is the next step to trouble shoot?

Be sure that you enabled the settings in the BIOS after you installed the Nuvotron drivers. If that has been done then please contact via email to arrange for a replacement.
