Change from IE to Chrome

What is the best way to convert from IE lock down version to Chrome lock down Version.
I have already purchased the new licenses.

Can I uninstall IE version and install Chrome in the same user account or should I delete current user account and create a new one?

Yes. you can install Secure Lockdown - Browser Edition under the same account used for IE Edition.
