Presales Questions for Secure LockDown

I am running a trial version for testing purposes.
I have it installed and working ok, but users can still execute
windows key/R for the run command
and CMD still works too
Is there a way to prevent that?

Also, the website allow isn't working.
I put only google.com in and it's allowing all sites.

Did I miss a step?

Thanks!

Make sure you're running Secure Lockdown under a local administrator account. Secure Lockdown cannot be run under a Standard User account.

I changed the account type to administrator
but still does the same thing.

Thanks for your input!

Windows Key/R still pulls the run command
and I can still run CMD.
Also, I can go to any site on the browser.

Please advise.

If you're running Secure Lockdown under an administrator account, once Secure Lockdown is enabled, you will not be able to access the Win+R screen or command windows. Please be sure that Secure Lockdown is installed on an admin account and that it is enabled.
