Secure Lockdown Internet Explorer Edition Stops Working Frequently

Hello,

I have 2 computers with Internet Explorer Edition and daily we are either getting a "Secure Lockdown has stopped working" error or a black screen. We have to then restart the computers to get them back to working state.

Things we have tried so far:

- Uninstall and reinstall the latest version on Secure Lockdown Internet Explorer Edition.
- Delete the registry key HKCU\Software\Inteset\Secure Lockdown\ after uninstalling before reinstalling.
- Turned off Windows Updates.
- We only use Windows Defender on these computers, but we added an exception for Secure Lockdown anyway.
- Format hard drive and reinstall Windows.

We are at a loss on what is causing the program to crash.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you,

Please email the Secure Lockdown settings file to techsupport@Inteset.com. Also, please supply the homepage URL setup in IE. In addition, check if there are any Service Lockdown errors in the Windows Application Event logs. If so, email those as well.
