Urgent requirement : payment error problem

Sir,

We have purchased in secure lockdown for Multiple application edition but the issue is to error shows in payment side. The error mentioned below. please rectify the issue as soon as possible. Customer needs the urgent requirement for the product.

"Payment error: field format error:10561- There is an error in this transaction. Please enter the complete billing address."

This occurs when there is an issue with PayPal accepting the credit card entered. Please try a different credit card.
