No touchscreen or usb functionality

Hello, I no longer have USB or Touchscreen functionality on my test computer. USB and touchscreen work without issue until booting into windows I assume this is being caused by Inteset for Chrome is interfering. Have there been reports of this?

Furthermore, I cannot refresh the computer using the recovery system as it fails. I am able to navigate the prompts but it fails after attempting to refresh windows and reset to factory settings.


Any thoughts are appreciated.

This can occur if you chose the System Lockdown > Machine Level > No New USB Devices and do not plug USB devices into their original ports. Regarding not being able to recover, you may need to re-install the operating system rather than using OS recovery options.
