SL Chrome V2: Chrome settings

SL Chrome edition v2.00.185
Chrome v63.0.3239.84

When I disable SL to change the homepage in chrome, I go to settings and find it is blocked

chrome://settings returns this webpage error "ERR_BLOCKED_BY_ADMINISTRATOR"

Any ideas how to unblock it?

Try upgrading to the latest Secure Lockdown - Chrome Edition release found on our website. Then enable Secure Lockdown, and disable it. Hopefully, that will fix the issue.
