Chrome edition keep opening new window

Hello,
I have an issue with my Secure Lockdown chrome edition.
When in lock mode, my chrome keeps opening new window with an empty tab. My configuration is empty for the moment.

Does someone have the same issue ?

I need to deliver the kiosk today asap and I'm completely blocked.

Make sure you have the Chrome Settings > On Startup > Open a specific page or set of pages set up with the URL you want opened. You should define the homepage as well.

Sadly that's already the case..

I tried once to be in incognito mode and chrome game me more details about the problem something with chorme://policy

I can try to reproduce the error message maybe ?

An exact error message would be helpful
