Alt Shift S not opening unlock window

Hi Support,
     I need some help.

Environment is Windows 10 Ent - standalone machines that are not connected to the internet.
We are running MultiApp with a single Admin account user.
The Image is locked and works well. We can unlock the software by using Alt Shift S and it unlocks. We can only do this once.

When we re-lock the software and reboot the machine is then locked down again but Alt Shift S will not work.

How can I fix this.

I'm using the latest version of the software.

It sounds like anti virus software is affecting the operation of Secure Lockdown. Be sure to create an exception in the anti virus software for the "c:/program files/Inteset/Secure Lockdown" folder.
