Chrome Edition does not work properly with hard reset

I configure a home page and default web site in Chrome. This is also the only white listed site configured in Secure Lockdown. I enable Secure Lockdown and restart the computer and everything works correctly. I then press the power button to turn off computer. When I power on the computer nothing has been saved, my default website does not load and I am at a Chrome page where I can sign in to my Google account. As you might have guessed my home page and default URL have been wiped out in Chrome. What is going on? We are running Windows 10 Enterprise 2015 LTSB on an Elo point of sale computer.

You'll need to disable the Chrome Lockdown > General > Delete Cache option to retain the previous settings.
