Locked out

Hi,

We have setup a kiosk with windows 7 embedded and Securelockdown for Chrome. We were testing the software and accidentialy enabled do not allow new usb (we were using the onscreen kb) not we are locked out and cant exit the secure lockdown software. What do we do?

Sorry i just saw this is in the IE forum admin can you move to Chrome?

Plug the USB keyboard into the same USB port it was originally plugged into and it should work.

we used the onscreen kb.... so it doesn't work because all keyboards are new to the system

You'll need to reinstall the OS at this point.

Any advice on re installing the OS on a tablet that is locked out?

You will need installation media from the computer manufacturer.

You may need to change your BIOS settings to boot to the OS install media on the USB drive.

Ok I cant seem to enter the bios area. This wont be blocked by lockdown will it?
