Hello!

I have managed to get an older version of Chrome (ending on 108) working with the whitelist feature in LockDown.

I have also installed the Kiosk Helper extension and added it to the whitelist. The list looks as follows:

chrome-extension://eahjicmbdpfmeiepfoinaimkceoonpnc
https://*.grundfos.com/
http://*.grundfos.com/

I have set the following as my homepage in chrome:
http://de.grundfos.com/campaigns/exhibition.html

When I run the Lockdown, it starts up Chrome in kiosk mode but a milisecond after showing me the home page, it shows me the blocked message from the extension.

If I remove the extension from the whitelist, it does not make any difference. I still see the blocked message.
If I untik "block new window" I still see the blocked message.

Only if I disable the extension, does it work fine and the page loads.

Any suggestions to what I can do to get it fixed?

You shouldn't need the "chrome-extension://eahjicmbdpfmeiepfoinaimkceoonpnc" in the white list as it is added automatically. Try removing the "*." from you other URLs as that is not needed. Make sure you're setting your Chrome Start up pages (in Chrome Settings) to go to one of the white listed pages.

I have removed the extension from the whitelist and removed stars.

https://grundfos.com/
http://grundfos.com/

I am still starting from http://de.grundfos.com/campaigns/exhibition.html, that is set up in google as my homepage.

I still get the "Access to requested resource is blocked by administrator" with the "Back" link underneath
.

remove the last "/" in the URLs as well. Try disabling the Inteset Chrome Kiosk Helper extension to see if it still returns the message.

I removed the / in the white list urls, but still with same result.

If I disable the extension everything works fine.

there seems to be an issue with the extension. It's likely Google changed something in Chrome and the extension will need to be adjusted. We will investigate.

This issue is resolved. Please search for "Inteset Secure Lockdown Browser Helper" in the Chrome Webstore as the extension name has changed.
