Black screen after reboot

Hi,
i've this problem:
on a windows 10 pro machine, sometimes, when i enable secure lockdown and then the OS restart and then i see only a black screen. The only way to interact with the machine is press the 'window' button the write secure and press enter. Doing so i'll relaunch secure lockdown and the machine refresh the screen and all works fine.

For your information the machine has team viewer installed.

Is this a known problem? I've searched the forum but i've not found usefull thread.

The post you have linked explain how to recover the machine, but i'm able to do it.
What i'm asking is: have inteset produced a fix so the black screen won't appear nevermore?
