Managing devices with installed Proxy Server??

Hi forum, we use Secure Lockdown for Win 10 devices (tablets). Everything works fine, but when there is a Proxy Server is installed we don´t see the device in our account nor can we lock or unlock it via the web,....?!

Any ideas how we can get access to the devices?
