Please help reset forgotten password :(

Greetings,
I recently bought the Secure Lockdown PlayBox™ - Chrome Edition The speedy setup went well and all was great until yesterday, I went to do some change at Alt-Shift-S but I cannot recall my password and I cannot find it either in my notes. I tried everything I know (which is not much when it comes to SW). I desperately need any help from here please on how to reset the device with a forgotten password.

The default password empty after pressing the F9.

Thank you for your quick response. I tried pressing F9 on my small keyboard but it did not work. What happens is that Chrome launches itself right at start and in kiosk mode, full page. I tried F9 during start of the device, tried it when on, tried it again after launching the password window (alt-shift-s) - None of this worked.  I pressed activate with the password field left blank (empty?). Unfortunately,  I have not registered to Inteset yet services yet, Just this weekend I finally had time to work on the device again. Maybe I am doing something wrong, please let me know.
